My client is a leading provider of global Facilities Management solutions. They are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee a number of key contracts in Dubai. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Previous experience of managing a number of contracts providing total FM Solutions
A strong understanding of mechanical & electrical services
Able to deploy to Dubai on a permanent basis on single status

Maintenance / Facilities Handyperson

Essex | £ 16000.00 per annum

General Maintenance / Facilities Handy person
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £16k

We are currently looking for a General Maintenance / Facilities Handy person to be based in Basildon, Essex.

Your role will involve carrying out general maintenance of a number of offices in Essex. Applicants should have their own transport.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Experience in general maintenance/Facilities work
Ability to carry out general maintenance and DIY
Full UK driving license and own transport
Understanding of Health & Safety regulations

Duties:

Carrying out general maintenance at company sites
Working closely with external contractors to ensure that work is carried out on-time
Some painting & decorating, general repairs and moving furniture when required
Respond to out of hours emergencies
