Bracknell | £ 12.00 per hour

Administrator/Interview Scheduler
Location: Bracknell
Rate: £10 - £12ph

We are currently seeking 2 administrators for an immediate start at a corporate site in Bracknell. Applicants should be immediately available and have good administrative and communication skills. The role will involve scheduling candidate interviews. Previous experience of scheduling interviews either in a recruitment or HR role would be an advantage.

Duties:

Arranging appointments over the telephone
Scheduling interviews
Processing customer details

Updating the internal computer system

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Able to commence employment immediately on an initial 4 month contract
Ability to use Microsoft computer packages Word etc.
Happy to communicate via telephone and email.

On-site Recruitment Executive - Graduate Recruiter

Bracknell | £ 25000.00 per hour

On-site Recruitment Executive - (Graduate Recruitment Specialist)
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

We currently have an urgent vacancy for an experienced Recruitment professional to work on-site with our client in Bracknell. The position commences on a 7 month contract with the potential to become a permanent role. The position will focus on graduate recruitment hires.

You must have previous recruitment experience. The position will be based on-site with our client and the purpose of the role will be to provide professional life cycle recruitment services to the client, resource live vacancies and carry out strategic recruitment practice. Applicants with previous Graduate recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.

The position offers a great opportunity for recruitment professionals to positively shape recruitment practice and strategy by working closely with internal stake holders and managers. You will have the chance to take ownership of various recruitment projects and campaigns.

You must meet the following criteria:

·Previous Recruitment experience gained within agency or internal/on-site recruitment. Graduate recruitment experience would be desirable.
·A passion for building relationships with clients/line managers and stake holders
·Strong candidate management skills
·The ability to undertake recruitment campaigns
·Strong networking skills
