We currently have an urgent vacancy for an on-site Recruitment Specialist to work on-site for our client in Coventry. The position commences on a contract basis with the opportunity to go perm for the right candidate.
You must have full life cycle recruitment experience dealing with client management and resourcing senior level vacancies . The position will be based on-site with our client and the purpose of the role will be to provide recruitment services to the client, lead and develop a small team and resource specialist vacancies. Applicants must also be able to compile reports and analysis on recruitment activity.
You must meet the following criteria:
·Previous Recruitment experience
·Immediately available to commence employment
·Ability to lead and mentor a small team
·Ability to compile recruitment reports and analysis

Location: Coventry/Warwick
Rate: £19,000 - £20,000
Due to continued expansion we are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer in the Coventry area on a temporary basis. The role will involve competency based interviewing via the telephone of candidates. The position would be an immediate start and offers a good rate of pay.
You must have excellent communication skills and first rate interpersonal skills. You must be immediately available to commence work on a temporary contract.
You must also have prior experience in recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer.

Team Secretary / Team Administrator - temp to perm
Location: Coventry
£15 per hour / Circa £24k - £26k
We currently have an urgent vacancy for a Team Secretary / Team Administrator based in Coventry. Your role will involve providing full secretarial and administrative support to a the management team - circa 10.
Applicants must have previous experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to a large professional team. You must have excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. Applicants should also have experience in the production of reports for management and team members when required. Therefore, you should be confident with Microsoft Excel - ideally intermediate level and above.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
·At least 3 years experience in secretarial and administrative work
·Immediately available to commence work
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Confident with the use of Microsoft Word and Excel packages
Ability to produce reports
