Regional Operations Manager – Manned Guarding
Location: Bristol
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car, bonus

My client is a quality focused provider of manned security services in the South West region with a turnover of circa £22million. They are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager to ensure regional profitability and service excellence. You must have previous Contract & Ops Management experience with a leading Manned Guarding company where you will have managed a portfolio in excess of £4 million.

Key requirements;

·Prior management experience of a portfolio in excess of £4 million
·Prior experience in managing a portfolio of clients
·Full P&L experience along with strong financial acumen
·A working knowledge of contract KPI'S and SLA's

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and driven Ops Manager or Contracts Manager to affect the profitability and direction of a quality focused Manned Guarding and security business.
