HR Analyst (Compensation & Benefits team)
London
Circa £30 - £40k Temp to perm opportunity

We currently have a vacancy for a HR (Compensation & Benefits) Co-ordinator / Analyst to be based at our clients site in London. The assignment would commence immediately on a temporary contract with the opportunity that the position could become permanent after 2 months.

Applicants must have previous experience working with compensation and benefits information, have strong attention to detail and previous experience of data analysis.

Duties will include:

Responsible for the company's benefits and compensation procedure
Input employee compensation and benefits details into the companies system
Regularly audit employee benefits and compensation packages
Ensure contracts of employment contain the relevant details on company benefits and compensation schemes
Work closely with the HR Manager
Produce reports as required by Accounts/HR departments
