Client Account Manager

Applicants must have experience of managing multiple client accounts in an outsourced/managed service environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing external client relationships to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the growth of the account
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues/calls
  • Undertake regular client visits
  • Positive client engagement
  • Staff Training and development
  • Ensure that service delivery on the account reaches the highest standards
  • Review and report on Account Performance
  • Development of strategy that will positively influence the performance of the account


Applicants should have:

  • Prior experience managing client relationships
  • Applicants must have experience of managing client accounts in an outsourced/managed service environment.
  • Experience of developing and growing client accounts
  • A high level of customer focus
  • Passionate about delivering service excellence
  • The ability to develop strong client relationships
