We are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead on all matters of key client stakeholder engagement. You will have strong commercial acumen, the ability to formulate and implement strategy, a track record of managing key client accounts with the ability to manage and mentor a team.


You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts. You will strive to deliver service excellence, develop and extend new business opportunities and lead a dedicated team of account managers.

  • Manage the relationship with key client stakeholders across a defined portfolio of accounts
  • Formulate and implement strategy relating to client engagement
  • Lead and manage Client delivery teams
  • Drive continuous improvement across the business
  • Undertake regular client meetings and reviews
  • Ensure client SLA’s and KPI’s are being met and exceeded
  • Monitor issues and trends relating to the delivery of client services
  • To act as the main point of escalation for all issues relating to the client service
  • Produce management information and business intelligence reports when required.
  • Strive to develop new opportunities with customers and extend services

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • A track record of managing key corporate client accounts within an outsourced environment. We are particularly keen to hear from account management candidates with experience working for providers of outsourced software services (SaaS)/solutions such as HR, payroll, etc.
  • You will have strong commercial acumen with experience managing a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Experience of formulating and implementing strategy to deliver service excellence to customers
  • Experience managing and leading a team within an account management environment
  • Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A proven track record of generating new business revenue from client accounts
  • Strong presentation skills with experience of presenting to senior client stakeholders
