Business Development Manager – Facial Recognition Systems
Location: Home based (flexible across London/Home Counties)
Salary: Negotiable based on track record + Commission.



A great opportunity to join an organisation with exciting plans for growth in the facial recognition technology sector.  Utilising cutting edge solutions this role will see you develop new business in the retail sector before expanding into other markets.

If you have a track record of winning new business within the security sector with a manufacturer or systems integrator of security solutions (CCTV, Access Control etc.) then please get in touch. We are ideally seeking a candidate with a track record of building relationships in the retail sector.


You will be:
  • A business development specialist with a track record of generating revenue within the security systems sector
  • Experienced selling solutions within the retail sector to Heads of Loss Prevention or Heads of Security.
  • Customer focused with a consultative approach to sales


What you will do:
  • Network with key decision makers including Heads of Retail Loss Prevention, security systems integrators, end users and consultants
  • Initially tasked to identify business development opportunities in the retail sector
  • Identify opportunities to increase channel sales opportunities.
  • Undertake product demonstrations to clients and partners
  • The compilation of effective tender proposals and quotations
  • Work closely with the technical team to identify new opportunities
  • Effective networking at industry specific events
