National Strategic Sales Manager (Manned Guarding/Security)

A Top 20 provider of security services to the UK market has an opportunity for a proven industry business development specialist. You will join a successful and quality focused service provider with ambitious plans. The position offers an attractive salary and a high OTE is on offer. You will also benefit from the support of a bid team and various sector specialists.  
 

You will be a successful industry performer with a track record of consistently generating over £3million of annual revenue within the commercial UK manned guarding sector. This role will focus on developing strategic business across the UK with an emphasis on large 'big ticket' blue chip contracts.

 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement a cohesive sales and business development strategy
  • Achieve individual sales targets
  • Ensure tender opportunities are followed through
  • Target big ticket sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with key client contacts across the UK
  • Work closely with senior management across the operation to identify new opportunities
 
You will have:
 
  • A proven track record of generating annual revenue in excess of £3million within the UK manned guarding sector typically having worked for a Top 25 provider.
  • A track record of winning business in the security sector (Manned Guarding) is essential
  • First class negotiation skills with the ability to develop a client focused security solution.
