Regional Team Manager
Salary: £28k - £30k + Car + Bonus
Location: Flexible but candidates should be able to travel to Somerset at least twice a week.

Can you lead and manage the performance of a large field based team?

A leading provider of support service solutions is looking to appoint a people focused manager to oversee a large field based team. Applicants should have experience managing high performing teams in a targeted environment with the ability to drive performance.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Prior experience managing field based teams in a targeted environment
A successful track record of coaching, training and development
Strong leadership skills
Experience of managing workflow, resource planning and strategy

Responsibilities will include:

Managing a large team of field based agents
Driving performance and operational excellence
Management and development of Team Leaders
Coaching and mentoring team members
Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives across the region
Setting and monitoring targets
Manage the scaling up of operations during peak periods
Budget management and cost control
Managing workflow
Resource planning
Undertake performance reviews, 121s and disciplinaries
Review and report on team performance
Development of strategy that will positively influence the performance of the business
Work closely with recruitment and training teams
