Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am – 5:30pm)


My client is looking to appoint a Front of House Manager to their corporate HQ based in Central London. The position offers a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading blue chip business and play a vital role in shaping the 5 star customer and client experience.

Experience required:

Previous experience of managing the reception or front of house service at a similar establishment such as a 4/5* Hotel, Corporate HQ or similar
Previous experience of managing a front of house team which could include receptionists, concierges, welcome hosts
A passion for delivering 5* customer service

Responsibilities:

Managing a large Front of House team including receptionists
Train, motivate and develop the team
Strive to continuously improve the FOH experience for clients and customers
Manage the concierge service
Oversee and manage the booking of meeting rooms
Assist internal managers in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner
Attend departmental meetings
